Honestly my bulk is REALLY dirty. I'm naturally skinny so I had to go IN for these lbs.
For breakfast I have a homemade turkey bacon sandwich. For lunch and my two dinner it changes a lot but it usually consist of a lot of chicken or beef. I always have one small shake (around 1 cup) two start my day off and one at night. I also eat a pretty big salad and some fruit (strawberries, mangoes, a peach) for my final meal of the day.
I know its a LOT. It's not healthy sometimes but I definitely reach my calorie count and my body looks buff and pretty fit minus my little pouch (my abs are still there).
