As outlined in the first amendment, it prohibits the creation of any law that impedes on certain rights, including, but not limited to "right to peaceably assemble." Oh plus they sounded pretty damn ****** the few times they did perform in 2012 (and of course they only performed in California, they apparently only care about their CA fans), I have NO IDEA what happened to Gwen's voice since 2009 and they played half their new songs acoustically because apparently they were too lazy to replicate the studio instrumentals.

I'm not really sure what kind of insane production costs you think Gaga's tours entail... they're certainly not cheap affairs, but not enough to take away from the fact that the BTWB grossed $1-3 million per date on average, while the California Dreams tour grossed like $500k per date.
