I agree her sales would be higher, but she wouldn't open with 600K (I don't think you meant opening sales, but the way you worded your post made it appear that way).
Lastly, I took the liberty of finding my copy of My Kinda Party, and, I quote, "Don't You Wanna Stay (WITH Kelly Clarkson). That's a duet and not a feature.

Mr. Know It All hasn't even sold 1.5 million worldwide. S&M has easily sold over 5 million. So if Mr. Know It All does have more cumulative airplay, it's sale conversion / peaks are pretty disastrous. I actually think there's no argument. Have a look at the chart. Then look at AI in America and across the world.
Here are S&M's accreditations.
Australia ARIA 4× Platinum[44]
Belgium IFPI Gold[123]
Denmark IFPI Platinum[124]
Germany BVMI Gold[125]
Italy FIMI Platinum[126]
New Zealand RIANZ Platinum[127]
Spain PROMUSICAE Gold[128]
Sweden SRIA Gold[129]
Switzerland IFPI Platinum[130]
United Kingdom BPI Silver[24]
United States RIAA 2× Platinum[48]
As for Don't You Wanna stay, maybe I'm wrong whatever. My point still remains, most stans weren't that pleased until it started smashing.
And yes I was referring to overall sales.
