If she doesn't do a song with him, I think she will have missed one of the most perfect songs to have ever been written for Pop..

I don't think she'd want that association with her contemporaries. I'd be interested to hear what it would churn out of course, but I don't see it happening.

What a HUGE blow to her ego that would be (if Interscope insisted). All I want is more DarkChild.

Of course, things have changed. Especially if she refuses them.

Just for the record, she has only released two LPs and one EP, which include the works of 14 different producers.

I'm not talking about changing all her usual producers, just try a few songs.

I'm sure she and her team have noticed that there's serious trouble in paradise when she no longer has enough pull to turn the song they put all their faith into (the original first single!) into a hit. All that promo, all that radio ball-jingling. It sort of changes everything, as she has entered a new world in her career, and cements the fact that like her peers, she is not in fact a one-woman hit machine. She needs hitmakers to survive. RedOne was obviously a fluke.

Even tho I LOVE MTN, seeing it flop if this is true wouldn't be the end of the world. It would just show Gaga that she needs to step up her game a little bit.. But tbqh, MTN is not slowing down any time soon.. And it's almost Top 10 on Pop, just 4 more spots to go

This is true, but her music with redone sounds so different than everyone elses with him.
If she worked with Stargate, Im sure it would still sound very "Gaga". So, why not just work with these producers.
She and Redone truly make magic together IMO.

The fact that Garibay will be the musical director of her next album is just mind-blowing.

If you could make a song for Gaga, what would you name it, what would it sound like, and what do you think the video would look like?

Not to me. She wouldn't have even had the empowerment publicity. Marry The Night has just as many places where people say she's "stolen" the song, but it's not a big enough hit for anyone to actually care about it. Plus, the public doesn't want to buy the song. It would have been unimaginably, especially if she tried to follow it with Born This Way or Judas.
|
We have different opinions about it
I think Marry the Night is underperforming now as a consequence of all the past problems, not only because of the song itself.

i'd simply name it SEX , and have it sound like a fast version of Government Hooker . Chaotic , fast , hard beats , oh and an electric guitar solo like electric chapel

Wait for the tour. If ticket sales so much as disappoint by a hair, her next records will make Rihanna look like the most daring, risk-taking popstar who hates the charts

Erm, considering Domino and Set Fire to the Rain is about to Outpace Marry the Night, she's about to be #16 instead of #14.

If MTN flopping is what it takes to bring Gaga back then
everyone dump MTN, lets request TOTGA instead!

I'm betting Interscope will press Gaga to make a more Pop Radio Friendly album for her third album.. There's no doubt that if she conts this BTW songs type of trend that her music won't be played that much on Radio anymore.. Its the sad but honest truth..
