I'm not really sure I agree with the full range of charges, but it could be argued either way as he was knocked unconscious for a brief time. It just all depends on the prosecutor and the underlying political & public pressure to make an example out of someone.

I said earlier in here that those exact charges would be brought up. They like to bring out the full range as often as they can to make sure these things don't happen anymore, and like I said, it is VERY rare to see this type of thing on the lawn of a respected college.
And them being black makes this a total other story, you know the politics that go into it so I won't even bother explaining them to someone as intelligent and informed as yourself.

Do some of you really think that if someone stole your **** you would run up to they ass and fight them? Cause unless you are on the football, baseball, basketball, etc team and are straight I bet you wouldn't.

That's the way most young people think though. Fights get worse from middle to high school. People can still be immature in college as well. I'd hope that by the time of full adulthood though, they would grow out of that fighting mentality.
What would I have done if I was who?

Yasss... I enjoy themed dinners. My family actually enjoys cooking so that's the only reason why we don't do take out. I like exploring different ethnicties of food. It's scary to think of being confined to only hot dogs, hamburger helper, and fried chicken.

I personally wouldn't. But that doesn't change the fact that young people in general do that, girls or boys. And being on the a team doesn't really factor in...
