I actually think Taylor changed Sparks Fly to be about John as well, even though it wasn't about him initially... Think about it; "my mind forgets to remind me that you're a bad idea," "you're the kind of reckless that should send me running," not to mention the fact that the past tense ("sparks flew") is in the opening line of The Story of Us- a blatant and intentional lyric choice.... (the owner of that tumblr thinks so as well)
I find it kind of creepy this tumblr person wants them back together... It's weirder than all the fangirls who want her to get back with Lautner.... 
It'd be very interesting to see somebody map out all of the Taylor connections on Joe Jonas's album, because I think (and have read) that several songs are about Taylor...  |
This game is like a bonus that came in a package while you deeply enjoy Taylor's music. Way too hard to ignore to join the game.
I do think that she changed the lyrics in Sparks Fly. Even tho I can't find the old version of Sparks Fly lyrics, I believe she had John in her mind while rewrote it. And that '
sparks flew instantly' on TSOU is another hints as well. It's so obvious.
To be honest with you, I found myself agreeing with that person in some way after creeping that page (and the 'answered questions) for a while. I'd be very happy to listen another gorgeous love songs like 'Half of My Heart'.
There are also John's new song that allegedly about Taylor, the three that most obvious are: "A Face To Call Home", "Shadow Days", & "Age of Worry". The last one's lyrics are way too Taylor-ish. While the other two are so clear that they're about Taylor. This straight-to-the-point lyrics are kind of unusual, since John always speaks in riddles (another reference to Ours '
I love the riddles that you speak'.
Well, of course Joe has several songs about Taylor too in that album. But he had co-writers, so it will be harder to find. Not as fun as the John-Taylor songs game.
