Enchanted needs to be released but I guess it would be better for it to be released around the time The Vow is released (february) because the song is on the soundtrack
So for now im happy with Ours
Even better, the only competition in the country field comes from Lady Antebellum, who're predicted by 3/11 experts, and Jason Aldean, who is predicted by 0/11 experts!
Back To December seems to be a favorite for Song of the Year- 8/11 experts included it in their predictions!

Have any of you guys heard the song "Kiss Me Slowly" by Parachute? Apparently that song is about Taylor. I only know that she friends with the Parachute guys, but I never, ever think that they are close friends.
Here's the song:
At first it's not that obvious, but after someone on tumblr made a post about Will's (the lead singer) answer to who actually that song abt, it's so damn clear that it's about her. Here's the quote: I can’t let the cat out of the bag and say exactly who ‘KMS’ is about (and it IS about a very specific person whom a lot of people know), but ‘Kiss Me Slowly’ was simply inspired by my friend who I have always thought was so great and lovely even with the scars and imperfections that came as a result of past attempts with love. Honestly, I just felt like she deserved a song for herself, so I sat down and wrote it about her.
It's all of a sudden like someone turn the light on. After read the quote & pay more attention to the lyrics, that song actually giving a glimpse about her love life.
Don't mean to be the mean one here, but this song kind of giving us more clear vision about her music in the future, and it strengthen the point she made in the New Yorker magz, I guess. I can't wait for her 4th album now.

Coming for those Grammy noms on Wednesday night
I hope this means she is nominated especially for AOTY but BTD needs to win SOTY I can't think of a better song that came out this year.
I really think we'll see her perform at the Grammys this year!
-She'll likely be the most-nominated country artist
-She's very likely an AOTY nominee
-She needs to redeem her "career-ending" performance from last time
That said, she needs to be smart about what she performs...
The only way to avoid the "she only sings about love" criticism would be to perform Long Live, Never Grow Up or Better Than Revenge. The only way to avoid the "she's still so immature" criticism would be to perform Long Live, Dear John, or perhaps Enchanted. The only way to avoid the "she can't sing live" criticism is to perform a slow song (which is where her vocals are best displayed).
I think Dear John, Long Live and Enchanted are the smartest choices for a Grammy performance.

An Enchanted perfomance would be a great start to its single release if they release it around the time The Vow is released

Those three, plus Never Grow Up for me. NGU can shut the ones who crowned her as the "3 chords only queen". I love the pretty chord progression in NGU.

I am not too sure about those experts. Why are they thinking Lady A has a shot? I am 100% sure it will be between Taylor and Jason who gets the AOTY country slot.

Remember what happened to the Alt. Rock category last year? The Black Keys won for Best Alt. Rock Album, but Arcade Fire was the one who got nominated & won the AOTY.
I think it will be the same this year with the country category. Jason Aldean most likely will win the Best Country Album following his CMA's AOTY won. It's been 4 years in a row the albums which won the CMA's AOTY, also gonna win the GRAMMY's Best Country Album. Besides, it's the only chance for the country genre to showing off their new shiny toy.
Taylor will be the one (hopefully) who gets the AOTY slot for the GRAMMYs. She won the EOTY at CMA's, plus she has a strong connection with the radio people, also the A2IM (the indie label association) will also support her (due to her connection with BMR). The GRAMMYs went indie for 2 years in a row ('10 with Taylor, '11 with Arcade Fire), 3 if you count Alison Krauss & Robert Plant's won in '09.

Me too. If it wasn't because of a tumblr post I read yesterday, I will never find out about it too. The "Fourteenth floor, pale blue eyes" is like the give away hint, if you connect it with that quote. I've always thought that it's a sweet song, but that quote makes that song even more sweet.

There were pics of them hanging out in Nashville just a day or 2 ago. Interesting.

The 'Guess-who-is-that-song-about' game for album #4 will be a lot of fun. Not a surprise if there's a song about this band, but one thing for sure is, that song won't be as clear as 'Hey, Stephen'.
