kelly's voice now really sounds strained a better word would be hoarse. You must be kidding me if you dont notice that. her vocals now is very different got to listen to her voice in BA album and Stronger album. she really has that rough texture in her voice now but not because of damage but because of maturity or choice. Im not surprise that many said that she sound a lil bit of pink. but im sure its out of maturity and choice, she was young back then and her voice was smooth, now it's different. but i think she just wants change and growth kelly always like that even it would take her risk e.g. not using whistles, not sticking with formulas and using autotunes.

:can someone tell me the difference between shipping and selling? my december shipped a million copies around the us, but sold only 815k and still certified platinum?

quike update on stronger, at number 16 on itunes and rising, but is stalling around those numbers, can't find prediction for kelly, but should sell about 35-40k this week so big drop, but not for long she has the airing of the vh1 thing, and amas and that should bump it up and have a carry on effect throughout the week after

For a platinum certification, they only need to ship 1,000,000 units to a store. However, a label won't certify an album until sales are relatively close to that.

As long as it sells 750k+, I would imagine they will register it. I think at the rate it is selling, it might be a year before it hits that number.
