Nah, the list is based on the point accumulation via inverse point system (e.g. one week at #1 = 100 points, one week at #100 = 1 point) based on their Hot 100 runs. It was only recently that they did sales + airplay methods of counting for year-end Hot 100 positions.

I can't believe PUK will reach 4 million. I rarely hear it on radio, and the video isn't that special either. Why are it's sales so consistent?
