As mentioned above, Sing, Waiting For The End, and Closer To The Edge got some plays earlier this year. Stereo Hearts and Lighters are alternative hip-hop, but I don't think that's what you were looking for. Despite there seeming to be only one in a year, Alternative crossovers seem to fare better than R&B. There hasn't been a huge R&B crossover in mainstream radio since Knock You Down, I think.
