What do you mean by ugly? ugly as in not pretty or just hideous? if it's the latter I disagree, in my opinion it's one of the coolest things Gaga's ever done and whoever worked on the cover did a great jon with its design.
The cover did get a strongly negative response but I feel like it was only coming from the fans who bought the album anyway. I'm sure everyone else liked it, at least I don't see why someone wouldn't unless they expected a "cute" pop cover from her
I mean SHE looks ugly - eyebrowless snarling demon beast with gross mole and a mouth that looks like a blow up sex doll.
And the COVER is ugly - her head poorly (but probably intentionally, I hope for her sake anyway) fused to a motorcycle.
