Hold on a second. Aside from joking around about people who don't use perfect grammar and spelling, how is this actually a problem? As far as I can tell, everyone here speaks English. Some of y'all acting like you're having a discussion with someone and all of a sudden they start writing in Cyrillic.

A requirement? I don't think so... because people could learn English through interacting on the site. However, I do think it's a necessary skill to have if one hopes to fully participate in the scope of activity on ATRL.
P.S. Half the people on here who are NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKERS don't always seem to have a basic proficiency in English.
No I don't think it should be a requirement. If anything writing on here help us foreigners improve our English.
