The individual is a slave in the psychological concept. They are doing something against their own will, most do not want to, and they are treated any way possible without getting anything back psychologically. They may get monetary gain, but it leaves a scar for life

I have been a male escort before. It was a conscious decision made by ME. No one influenced me to do so. I had the choice of whether or not to accept a client. It was something I did so I could feed myself and pay my bills. Does that make me any less of a person? absolutely not. Is it something I'm proud of? No, but it's taught me a lot of valuable lessons in my life. It's not something I do anymore because I have managed to find a real, steady, reliable job. Its a profession that I voluntarily left. I was not enslaved in the industry in any way. As a matter of fact, I made a few very good friends from being an escort (who no longer want that kind of service from me) And as for you guys discounting the opinion of IfICannot Love, who gives a crap if he's 13? The fact that he can make mature statements and arguments should not be dependent on his age. Not every 13 year old is attached to video games and a total failure in school. There are many children out there who are smarter and more mature than people my age (I'm 21).

Anyway, this whole thing is about prostitution. Let's leave the whole age thing alone and start just looking at the arguments of the person, rather than the things about the person giving the argument. Besides, you're 18. 5 years. Seeing as you have just began to get a sneak peek at being a teenager and I have just come through those years, the years when you change more than at any other time, develop sexuality, experiment with drugs and alcohol, go to parties, travel and meet new people. I kind of have a lot more experience than you think. I know you feel very grown up, everyone always thinks they know everything. I'm not claiming too but saying that someone almost 6 years older than you doesn't know much else is kind of stupid in itself. I'm not going to get into your personal life because we have all had issues and I'm not one to judge another for that as I had issues myself growing up so we are going to deem that a non-topic for now. Considering I've done volunteer work with prostitutes and you wouldn't be allowed near them until your 16, volunteer or not....I really probably do know quite a bit more than you to be honest.
I am not saying your opinion is less because all kids have different levels of maturity judging on how they were brought up and their life experiences. I did say that people here WILL judge you and use that against you, that is just how it is here and most other places. You need to lose the sensitivity about it now.
Just ask Golden. It took a long time for that to go away for him.

I never said I know anything, nor have I said I actually am mentally/emotionally/intellectually, grown up. And I wasn't talking about you specifically, I just meant some people in general.
My mom has worked to help prostitutes, thank you very much. That's all I'm going to say for the rest of this.

I dont believe it should be illegal because it hurts no one. If someone wants to do this, so be it. Its really no different than ****ography, which occupies over 40% of the internet. For me, when I escorted, I looked at it as it was an easy way to make a few hundred dollars doing something I enjoyed doing-having sex. Does it make me any different? No, but it's taught me a lot. Will I do it again? No. Because it's something i no longer feel the need to do
