I find her voice significantly less annoying. That is why these things are subjective. I personally find Taylor Swifts voice much more enjoyable than Madonnas.

No, she is not overrated, unfortunately most people don't know enough about her, she is asociated with scandals,Britney Spears, bad outfits,Gaga sex, and crappy songs, and she is not recognized for her amazing albums
I don't know if overrated is the best term, but I didn't grow up with her music, so I'm not a huge fan of hers. I have nothing against her though and acknowledge her iconic status. I'm the same way with The Beatles.
So we've concluded that your opinion sur ce sujet is completely invalid, as you are using an invalid criterion ("voice quality") to evaluate Madonna's artistry.

That's not what I'm just basing my opinion on, thought it does play a huge part for me.
However, since I don't like her voice I'm definitely not going to like a Madonna track that's focused mainly on her vocals.....

How can you disagree? Most of Madonna's haters are people who haven't listened to her music. "Most of." And within that group is a sect of Beyoncé stans, several of whom we see on ATRL, who dismiss her because she doesn't have vocal talent and they don't really know most of her work. A lot of people see her as a ****tier Britney or Katy who got really lucky.
