I already gave this example a couple of times which is about Judas by Lady gaga.
Her song is sampled from another song (new too) but she didn't knew that.
That's what happens when people use the same packs

This is also not sampling. For something to be sampling it has to be lifted from another song. Two artists using the same construction kits =\= sampling.
It's like how there's songs from Gorillaz and Black Eyed Peas that use the same MicroKORG preset. It's a public domain sound. No sampling involved.
