Hold It Against Me was very critically acclaimed, but when no one knows that it exists, how do you expect it to sell?

It also didn't help that it took the video a month to come out
and wasn't that good.
Besides, the best part about TTWE was that it peaked right when it started to get warmer and the world was "going to end" conspiracy. TTWE was perfect for second single.
