I hardly ever use ATRL lingo, but when I do, my friends stare at me like I'm the biggest freak. Most of my friends suck at English so usually I don't even bother explaining. One of my friends went on an inexplicable tirade about her boyfriend, and I told her to calm her **** (complete with the "yo"!). Apparently, she found it pretty funny. There was a similar setting with a group of my friends, and one of them made a corny joke. I was like, "LOL dis bitch".

I tried imitating the smiley once when I was super-excited. It fell flat and failed horribly.

I've said "DEAD" and "DEATH" a few times, too. It's always really awkward because most people don't understand.

And I always say "I'm not here for that" and/or "I don't use him/her/it".

but deathh is one of the few words that me and my friends use to use before i started using it on atrl.

i call my bro "sis" as a jokee and not in public!! i call my mom gurll or sis sometime as a danmn jokee again not in public!!

Two nights ago I used "not here for ____" when talking to one of my friends, and he got it. Maybe I've been using it way too much... (Context: "I'm gonna go home and play Mario Kart DS. There's this one cup I only won bronze for, and I'm not here for that ****. )

I also ask for receipts every once in a while, and of course, I love using "Why you mad tho?" when I'm in the middle of an argument with somebody. It always leaves them all sorts of confused...

And I have one friend I showed ATRL to (he's not a member though), and so he now also understands how to use fave, snatch wigs, I can't, etc. AND every once in a while we like to imitate that Diana Ross GIF...

I have a stash of Britney gifs available to use on tumblr to send along with messages to people. I'm pissed they disabled links recently though because the fun is all ruined now
