Y'all really made me scream on this fine Monday morning.

I hardly ever use ATRL lingo, but when I do, my friends stare at me like I'm the biggest freak. Most of my friends suck at English so usually I don't even bother explaining. Also whenever I'm having a discussion about music I try to keep it cool and light and let them think they know their stuff. I can't even imagine myself correcting them all the time, even though the urges are there. Sometimes I just want to go OFF on their asses as if we're in SYG.

I always practice pronouncing "gwarl". Saw it used for the first time when iconic I_Owned_You posted his review of "Only Gwarl (In The World)". Have been hooked ever since

To mix it up sometimes, I practice gerl, gorl, gurl, gwerl, gworl and gwaurl <--- I came up with the last one.

I don't use ATRL lingo, I think it's pointless. Honestly if people in my everyday life used ATRL lingo, it would drive my crazy.

Okay, so we are doing this thing at my job where we will be teaching 11-13 year old girls of color. about positive images and whatever. My superviser asked me to look up some music videos to discuss. So, I instantly came up with "Run The World (Girls)" with a topic question of "do girls really run the world". MY superviser was like "the real question is, is she a good representation & role model for girls. I bet if you put a book in her face she wouldn't know what to do."

So I gave her this look:

There was also another time where my lying ass friend was talking about how he was dating this one straight guy and I blurted out "I wanna see the receipts", he looked at me like "What?" lol

I really don't use that much. Well I use gorl and ch.. a lot but yesterday I was having a conversation with my sister and she made a joke and I said ''dead'' she looked at me like ''the ****?!'' but then I laughed it off as of it never happened.

I use stan, slay, flop and shade in everyday conversation. I also tend to type out the codes for atrl emoticons in chats. Like, if I'm excited I'll put : duca : and they'll be like, "the ****...?"
