There's nothing hypocritical about it. The reasons why it's bad for Britney and not necessarily for Beyonce goes as follows.
1) Britney had two top 3 singles to support Femme Fatale. Beyonce had ZERO hits coming into the "4" album. Britney had massive radio support and her songs all over the place prior to the release of Femme Fatale, Beyonce did not. 275k for an album with NO hit lead single and NO huge radio hit is great. 275k for an album with 2 top 10 hits that are all over the place? Not so much.

Britney released her album during the lowest sales quarter of the year. So that's voided. When Britney topped the chart there were albums that were selling numbers as much as 40k or lower. Beyonce is releasing her album in a higher sales quarter where albums are selling as much as 80k or more. You have to look at the context of what you are comparing. Britney with hits was able to hit that number in a dead sales period. Beyonce in a healthier sales period was able to hit a similar number without hits and with good exposure and good will left over from her IASF era.
Come Christmas time there will be numerous 300k or more sellers, are you going to say that Beyonce and Britney's openings were weak then as well and that they should be ashamed of them selves for selling 275k or more? I doubt it. But I am genuinely curious on this one. Everyone knows that sales get stronger the longer the year runs. Which is why most high profile albums drop during the final sales quarter of the year from October to December.

2) Britney's sales are almost always front-loaded, high in the first few weeks and then they plummet. Hence why she is still struggling to reach the platinum certification she was given way too early and hence why first week sales are way more a huge deal when it comes to her.

You sound so angry here. The bottom line is Beyonce fans were jumping up and down and dismissing Britney's first week sales as horrible and pathetic now they find themselves in a similar predicament for first week sales. What an interesting turn of events. They have no room to throw shade at Femme Fatale's opening now. Especially when they had fans saying that '4' was going to open with 700k or something like that.

3) Beyonce will outsell and surpass Britney regardless in a short amount of weeks. I give it 3 weeks until "4" has sold more than "FF".

We don't know this at all. That's mere speculation. It wouldn't surprise me
at all if they wound up selling similar amounts especially with how uncommercial Beyonce's album is and the lack of hits on it.
