Even if you take out BTW first week, sales are still up by 20% for Beyonce's quarter and not one album in Beyonce's quarter has sold less then 100k. Where as Britney has four albums that were unable to cross six figures in her quarter.

2) Why did you even list Pink Friday there as if those were first week sales or something?

I was listing #1 albums from the first sales quarter and Pink Friday was a #1 on Billboards 200 with a little more then 40k. Sales in general were down massively for first quarter and they always are. Everyone knows this but you seem to not understand this concept.

3) Dead at you listing the sales of nobodies like Amos Lee and Cake for Britney's and including only high profile artists for Beyonce's.

Hell the Sequel, Foo Fighters and Jill Scott are major profile artists? Regardless major artists generally don't release their albums in the first quarter because it is historically known for being a low sales period. It's hard to find any high profile artist willing to release their album in the first quarter. Most wait till the third or fourth quarter.

Even still, if you take out Born This Way's sales, majority of the first weeks you listed are HIGHER than the ones listen under Beyonce's quarter.

You still don't seem to be understanding this. All of the albums in Beyonce's quarter sold above 100k. Many of the artists in Britney's quarter did not. What does that tell you? That sales in general are higher as the year goes on. Obviously.
If you don't understand how the lower sales market played a part in lower sales then there is no way in helping you understand this concept. Obviously the sales climate effects the way something sells which is why sales in general are always higher during the Christmas rush and later on in the year. It's obvious that if Britney released her album during a stronger sales quarter she would have had higher sales. If you look at the best sellers of the year typically you will find a lot of albums that came later in the year sell better overall.
