That's why I was saying the problem might be Gaga.

I get them dropping BTW quickly - it's gay.

I get them not giving Judas a chance - it's a tricky subject matter for radio, plus it's not fun to listen to.

But TEOG is a pretty simple, catchy song and people seem to like it. It's doing well digitally. What's the reasoning for that one?

So you think she is becoming the madonna of the 90's for american radio? Hung up was one of the worst boycotts I have ever seen in the american radio. Nevertheless that's what was happening with WBT (Mariah) in 2005 and slowly steadily exploded. If it keeps going up and up they wont have a choice but power rotate it like Z100 did back in the mid 00's with Mariah. What do you think? which is the case?

KIIS are very rhythmic leaning and never play Gaga a lot. As for Z100, she's #7 on their playlist and I'm sure they'll put her into power rotation soon.

I have no idea.

All I know is that the song is doing well on iTunes, it's not offensive, people generally like it, Gaga is a big star so it's not like they need to wait & see if she catches on to play it, she has no other radio hits right now, it's been out for a few weeks...
