I don't know how this chart works, but Tik Tok sold over 12 million copies. BR and PF are around 10 million.
I think at this point we can't just focus on the sales. Like the rolling stone article said, Gaga allowed Kesha to be famous, and I think Tik Tok became such a hit because of the sucess of JD&PF&many other electric pop songs.
