It does seem weird considering last era they made sure Circus (the song) died b4 they went to the 3rd single. And then they waited till Amy fell b4 releasing Radar...

They are doing what alot of country artists do.. Ppl like Kenny Chesney, Tim McGraw, etc. When their song goes to the top they then release the next single as quickly as possible. I don't think there's anything wrong with it, but it definitely makes the previous single die quickly.
