Not only does Luke want damages for defamation, he wants a court order stating once and for all Britney's song has nothing to do with The Bellamy Brothers' version. An apology!

Britney Spears lands her eighth million-selling digital hit this week with "Hold It Against Me." (Several of her biggest hits preceded the opening of the iTunes store in 2003). Spears' seven other million sellers, according to Nielsen SoundScan, are: "Womanizer" (3,133,000), "Circus" (2,785,000), "3" (2,070,000), "Piece Of Me" (1,680,000), "Gimme More" (1,637,000), "Toxic" (1,569,000) and "If You Seek Amy" (1,184,000).
