Everyone decides to be intentionally "delusional" about who they "stan" for because other "stans" obnoxiously gloat when faults are admitted. So, instead, we get a bunch of: "Gaga is iconic. That cover she did is iconic. 'Born This Way' is iconic. The egg is iconic." Everything is "iconic" to the Gaga stan, and they won't admit that "Born This Way" is even A LITTLE generic because they "lose to Britney stans." And vice versa: "Britney is the queen. Her dancing is amazing. 'Hold It Against Me' is very different. She's unstoppable." If everyone was just a little more real about who they stan for, then less shade would happen. But... what are ya' gonna' do, aye?

To be completely honest, I didn't get the "story" at first. People are coming in here with plausible explanations, but I'm not sure what to think of anything that took place. I just know that from a purely asthetical standpoint I loved it.

Here is my issue, you guys. i am not trying to shade Britney...I love her, and this is one of my fav songs of hers EVER. But I just wish the deluded would realize that she HAS had injuries and isn't at her peak and that even though she is definitely doing better than she has for the past 2 eras, she isn't in any way "FLAWLESS" "MASTERPIECE" "VIDEO OF THE YEAR"!
Why can't people admit that it was an interesting and sometimes captivating video, while also seeing her shortcomings and keeping it all in perspective? So frustrating
I completely agree. But as for the dancing, I know she can still kill it in rehearsals when she's wearing sneakers (we've seen video of that). Why she always insists on wearing stiletto boots for performances and videos when it really inhibits her movement is frustrating.

Ah it makes more sense to me now. I did like the video and she looked hot but it was just sooo overhyped and I was hoping for some more dancing. Anyways so is it available for purchase on iTunes yet?
