Iconic = Michael Jackson. HIs dances are iconic. There are impersonators worldwide and hell, his dancing is a genre of its own. People recreate those dances, hold tributes and what-not. Moonwalks, gravity leaning, etc.

It was attention-seeking but at least it was successful unlike Gaga's gimmicks which always FAIL. And please, Brit was the hottest girl that time and she even topped FHM the following year.
