She was not known. You're comparing it to Beyonce who has been in Destiny's Child since the mid-90s and already had a HUGE following. Britney Spears was not known like that. She was on the Mickey Mouse Club for a small time, then went back to the country for years. There's a huge difference, and if you can't sit that then I refuse to discuss any further.
