They are not. Katy Perry and Ke$ha have both had radio flops, GaGa has never had one. Katy might seem as though she is more popular because she is breaking records, but that's not surprising because the panel is bigger now, she has an advantage. If GaGa can come back with something as strong as PF or BR then she'll break Katy's spin record, and she'll sell far more than her too.
