First they pretended to like the tired faux-Americana imagery, then the horrible lead, then the horrible lead video, then the horrible album.
Then two flop singles. Outdone by the likes of artists twenty years into their careers and curb stomped by her peers.
Poor Monsters. They've been through a lot this year.
Like at least the first time it made sense because she got the Vanguard award but there was no reason for her to do it this year 
She will surpass both with ease and will be competing with Rihanna but will most likely still end up behind. Hence, 3rd.
