No one asked for this. You can make an entertaining video about a personal song, not this low-budget snooze fest.
I also hate this 'we-must-love-everything-Gaga-does-or-you're-no-longer-a-fan' ideology, this is why we keep getting videos like this. (I do admit her live performances are still on point)
But please correct me if I'm wrong; dance and disco aside, the Gaga we all fell in love with delivered high quality pop videos that was undeniably polarizing. I'm not 'putting her in a box', I just expect the entertainer to entertain.

THIS!! Me not feeling this era doesn't mean I don't adore her, or don't believe she doesn't have it in her any more. For some reason she feels this is what she has to do, but unfortunately it's just not at the standard she has always delivered.
You'll find no post in my 30,000+ post history where I say I didn't enjoy ARTPOP, cause I did, it was the eclectic, rebellious era where after the Born This Way backlash she declared "I am an artist and I do what I want!" and that she did. However, somewhere in the C2C era she must've decided from her time with Tony or something that "Ohh, my image and theatrics were getting in the way of the music. So maybe I'll just do the music now." But no - there's a million artists with good music out there, what set you apart was your ability to be an extremely talented musician AS WELL as an incredible performer, intriguing and intelligent celebrity, a fashion trailblazer, and a pop star that really grabbed back the all-too-commonly named so-called "artist" and really re-defined what popstar as an "artist" can and should be.
She very well may have lost interest in that side of it, and if so that's a huge shame, as it will be her demise. Her ability to combine so many elements was what made her special.
I just hope she will put more effort into her superbowl performance at this point
