And my point is that at those points, especially Unapologetic, it was noticeable, just not as fully-formed.. To my ears, ANTI is a fully-formed/perfected representation of the ideas she was dabbling in on Unapologetic. Unapologetic wasn't as sharply focused but it was the beginning (or, continuation, seeing as Rated R is where it
really started) of the moody, downtempo vibe mixed with the confessional lyrics.
