Beyoncé didn't evolve at all! She's still doing the same urban pop thing she has done since the beginning, still doing the same performances, same choreo, etc. The only thing that changed was she became more sexualized, darker, and has now found the best way to get free publicity is to exploit social issues for attention (without actually saying anything deep, profound, or meaningful). That's not evolution, it's called switching some things up to keep some relevance.
Rihanna reinvented her image with each era.
Gaga evolved from TFM/BTW to C2C and now to Joanne.
JLO evolved in the sense that she took on more ventures in different areas, and succeeded.
