Self-Titled deserved AOTY, it was truly well... the album of the year. No other album touched it, it delivered in quality, the release shook the industry and changed it.
LEMONADE isn't at the top in success, definitely not as good, didn't change up anything. I feel like everything it's receiving is just consolation at this point
& Self-Titled was a comeback after she was thought to be diminishing in the Pop world with 4, LEMONADE ain't came back and triumphed anything

Valid points.
I follow some industry insiders and they agree Self titled > Lemonade.
I actually like Lemonade because i love the theme and the era but I do get why it's favored less
This notion you suggest leads me to believe that 25 was a comeback when people felt she couldn't replicate the success of 21.
Adele is a wildcard...even when she halfway slays that might be enough to take the cakek.

LOL

Biracial butterflies always have diverse perspectives.
Mariah taught us.
But you did bring up an interesting point.
White girls get so much opportunity but also get the most hate.
White boys get the most opportunity but they get protected.
So all in all the white girls have the doubled edged sword thing going on.
Yeah, i don't know how many celebs would be bold enough to come for Beyonce, Rihanna, Nicki without facing racist claims against them

She doesn't need a Britney Jean situation.
Somebody save her. She's already struggling to keep up with her peers as is

Literally 4 of the most overrated artists of this century with not even their best albums.
Grammys are a joke.

Um, what would be your 5 nominees then
Other than Anti/TLOP and better country albums I don't see what other albums would fit the bill
