I don't think there'll be an upset in the country guy because at least Beck was slaying his genre. The struggle or whatever his name is was ranked out of the top 40 in his genre.

I haven't really seen it as a much. With racial sensitivity in play, it makes me wonder.

Self-Titled deserved AOTY, it was truly well... the album of the year. No other album touched it, it delivered in quality, the release shook the industry and changed it.

LEMONADE isn't at the top in success, definitely not as good, didn't change up anything. I feel like everything it's receiving is just consolation at this point

& Self-Titled was a comeback after she was thought to be diminishing in the Pop world with 4, LEMONADE ain't came back and triumphed anything

I only see Adele or Beyonce winning it.

If there is an upset, I don't think it'll be from struggle or whatever. Beck is a legend in his game and people seem to forget that artistically he created the better body of work.

If anything, I could see Purpose getting it as the upset vote.

Other than that Adele or Beyonce. Adele if they are awarding true artistry, monumental success and impact Beyonce if you awarding the theme tying into slightly dated issues but still controversial topics.

The problem I personally see with Lemonade (and I am just talking about myself) is that like a month after the release I was enjoying 3-4 tracks on the album. I loved it upon release, but then...

Adele is boring of course ( I don't like even one track on the album), but Taylor wasn't more exciting than Kendrick either.

I think the OBHs will just shade her for having 50-70+ people involved and using SJW movement and gimmicks and hype to achieve it.

For me,
25 had the potential to be an even bigger era.

She was just lazy

She could have started with Hello (competition) it's me then followed it up with Send my love to you non #1s (please feel beeeetter) then served botticelli sex goddess teas with I miss #1 then the era with sweetest devotion to #1, then lessers under the #1 and throw in a million my all's to go as a closer and she would have hype, artistry and success.

I feel like 25 was a limp noodle in terms of impact.

But I still think Hello, the sales and Hello, Send my love to you non #1s and Lessers under the #1 might just be enough

Adele is hard to gauge with these things.
