No thank you to Warren. Far too outspoken for a woman in the general, and lowers the discourse with her dialogue. She'd also be p old.

Kaine, eh. He's fabulous on paper but he did nothing to energize ANYONE this go around. His debate performance was also far too eccentric.

Klobuchar would be better for the Supreme Court IMO. We'll see what happens with her national profile over the next four years, but otherwise, there are far more interesting (female) candidates.

Gillibrand's history with shifting positions would hurt her a lot, whether or not there's any base for the criticism. Also probably too conservative and...bland? to energize millennials, but they don't matter all that much anyways.

Harris really intrigues me.

Duckworth I think is a longshot, but that veteran status and strikingly visual status at that ++++

Booker would be great far the debates, he'd rip Trump apart Good name recognition too, I def think he should run.

O'Malley would be great if he could, you know, attract voters. In a field without really heavy hitters like Obama, Warren or Sanders, he would probably be able to do that.

Obama just isn't going to run.

I warmed up to Bernie but his role in the outcome of this election is pretty significant. He took way too long to come over to her side, and his attacks on Clinton likely inflicted lasting damage to his supporters in the rust belt.

Trump is pretty much guaranteed a second term. Just look at this election. He can destroy America, start WWIII, and open up concentration camps for black people and he'd still get re-elected. Logics and facts dont apply when it comes to his voters.

Come to think of it...

Hillary could have crushed him with oppo but she didn't to not alienate his supporters. That turned out to be pointless though. Not to mention that it contributed to the image of the election being "rigged" against Sanders when she could have won far more easily by getting dirty like Sanders did.

The more I think about it, the more I realize how she was punished for being level-headed.

Frankly I don't see Trump lasting or offering the economic growth and that would come back to haunt him on 2020 (if he's still there). Can a dude who's on track to lose the popular vote by 2 millions really survive reelection? He'd need to lead in an era of economic and social growth imo.

Well we're working on retrospect here. Even if he dug into the e-mails, she would have fought back and would have won regardless considering the disparity in the primary voting. Also he got far dirtier. He lobbed insults at her on weekly at one point. She shot back a bit but nowhere near as much.

The e-mails became a focal point REGARDLESS of whether or not Sanders brought them to the forefront. It's what did her in (Comey). So the outcome would have been unchanged regarding the e-mails specifically.

What would have been different is people not playing the "Sanders is an angel who got robbed" thing that permanently alienated some supporters who may have turned to Hillary if they realized she was their only legitimate choice.

I like Sanders, but my God GGD was like the perfect example of how some people held him to some messiah standing. The man had so many skeletons in his closet.
