Yes, but she said after the 1989 tour ended that she would take an extended break, so yeah, no album this year.

We're talking about Taylor We Don't Ask For Free iPhones, Don't Ask For Free Music Swift, there's no double meaning.

All I know is at 26 and everything that happened in the world was blamed on me and I had already reached the Pinnacle, I would be done. Had she supported Hillary, she was still not going to win. But you know who the media, Hillary and Trump supporters would have been mad at? Taylor Swift because everything is apparently all her fault. By not backing anyone she is taking far less heat then she would have otherwise.
Folks like Carrie Underwood and Miranda Lambert didn't back anyone either yet they are not blamed and forced to do things. Taylor is simply an easy target and people go after her who are cowardsor just simply bored.

People are only coming for her on here. And as we can see in the Hillary/Trump polls on ATRL vs. Reality, this is a very small percentage of the population. Y'all need to stop getting mad & start realizing how sad the people who are mad at her are.
I hope she dates the new homphobic Vice President's son, he's a cutie. He's taken too so that's a bonus song right there.

The only licenzed 1989 CD I've found in Moscow is usual version, and it doesn't have the polaroids. Not to mention it costed like two iTunes albums.
Still bought it.
Now I need to find Speak Now, Fearless and Self-Titled. Thank god Red was in the same store as 1989.

Ok this is the last I'm gonna talk about politics but for her sake, I hope she does spend some time getting more educated and informed on social issues if she is going to go there in the future. Hopefully she does read, and ask questions in her private life. And I can believe she does, just doesn't make that part of the brand unless it benefits her publically ie feminsm.
Deep down, I don't believe she is a racist or a bigot. I believe she is a mix of liberal and conservative. I just think her trying to please everyone by being neutral, vague, risk adverse or only speaking on things shes comfortable with (ie herself) is going to cost her eventually. But if she can find a way to show that she cares, is learning and trying to learn/be more informed even though she may mess up, then that would be good for her actually. What she doesn't want is people believing she doesn't care about social issues/minorities, ignorant and only about her money.
Despite the trashy myths Taylor does have a diverse fanbase racially, sexuality, politically, etc and if she doesn't want to alienate anybody, she shouldn't want want anybody to feel left out or non represented either.

She used to be an honest artist who said what she wanted to in her songs (yes, she has always kept politics to herself but it has never been as crucial as in 2016) but with the 1989 era, she really became all business and you can really tell now with this election. Trump was such an OBVIOUS bad choice and she was still scared to speak out against him. This wasn't about her, but she still tried protecting her neutral brand. Sure, it's more than likely that she voted for Hilary, but by staying silent, she showed that she has no backbone, no true vision of justice. This "I wanna keep my politics private" is privileged BS. She could have spoken out, but she doesn't seem to care much. And I'm really starting to see that.

Okay, you managed to successfully get on my nerves, so congrats because it rarely happens. Taylor has always kept her political opinions to herself besides a few hints here and there, and its 2016 and absolutely nothing has changed. Just because you happened to like the candidates less than usual it doesn't mean Taylor's stance has to be any different, or that she has to change it in order to accomodate to how you or other people feel she should be like.
Is she protecting her "neutral brand"? Perhaps, and where's the problem? The right to keep your votes private is a constitutional right for a reason, if you don't like people putting their rights to use then that's pretty much your own isolated opinion, don't try to project yourself into others. She doesn't owe you ****ing anything, she's signed up to be a singer, not the world's spokesperson. Go stan a politician instead!
