Additionally, the number of categories that Recording Academy members are allowed to vote for decreased from 20 to 15 (not counting the four main general categories), a move the organization said in a press release is geared to "encourage members to vote only in those categories in which they are most knowledgeable, passionate, and qualified."
I randomly came across the Diva performance from OTR and it just reminded me that OTR was Beyonce at her baddest! And it's not even debatable!
It's the most unapologetic, fearless and provocative she's ever been. From the explicit outfits, performances, to the overwhelming confidence on stage and attitude. Her looks were the boldest yet too.
The whole concept and execution of that tour was badass! Best show of all time hands down!

Agreed everytime I watch the HBO special, I turn straight during Naughty Girl. Her cakes her fierceness
I get that she was going for high fashion but it didn't translate well for me. I didn't recognize her, she just looked like a random white woman...then she put out a r&b record with the white woman promo pics destined to flop
I retrospect, the 4 era was amazing, even if it only lasted for 6 months. To think we thought promo and everything was limited then. I would kill to go back to the energy of that era. Maybe she needs to get preggo again?
