She talked about that before MYFML, like how her other songs make her feel bitter sometimes because they're always going to be about her ex, while she can make this song be about whatever she's thinking about atm, and then that was what she was thinking about right now. I wish I had a video, like it seemed clear that having another kid is on the table, but the whole thing was more her being nostalgic about her son getting older and not being her literal baby anymore and missing having that, and then assuring people that she wasn't about to ditch out on the rest of the dates because she's not pregnant and not going to be pregnant at any time until after the tour, rather than stating some plan like 'I'm gonna have another kid on ______ day at ______ time'.
I mean she's talked numerous times about baby blues, and we'll never know how dark that was for her. I think the fact that she's mentioned it means it was significant, and so I do wonder if that's something she'd want to risk again. Plus I think the fact that she's switched on this multiple times already suggests she may not be (or at least wasn't in the past) exactly sure either... doesn't know in i-D, probably in Beats 1, definitely not at Glasto, doesn't think so in St. Paul. Regardless if she'd have issues again or not, if she does have another kid, a) I'd see her wanting them to have the same experiences, i.e. her son got to go all over the world and see all of these places, I don't see her being like 'nah you're just gonna sit at home' with a second one, which works in our thirsty favor, and b) she knows what she's doing now with regards to balance, works with people that are aware and is self-aware enough to know what we've been saying over and over again lately, that's she's not leaving this era in the same place as she did
21 to support as long of a break, just signed a massive contract with a major label... there are plans for the music half of her life as much or even more as there may be for her personal life. We just don't know them, as always
