A burqa is very different from a ski mask LOL. Have you ever been confused whether someone was wearing a burqa or a ski mask? I didn't think so.
There's a million things that pose security risks. Most shooters keep guns in bags or backpacks, should we ban those too? Someone kept a bomb in their shoe, should we ban shoes? Girl gtfo with this flawed logic. The ratio of people who abuse the burqa vs those who genuinely want to wear it is like 1 in 100000000000.

Some people humiliate women who wear the hijab but most logical rational people accept that it is neither restrictive or oppressive. In fact a lot of people wear scarves, and hats that cover themselves without religious significance so to ban a hijab would be nonsensical.
But you're right, the Burqa and ski mask are different. At least with the ski mask, you can still see the persons mouth and eyes. The same can't be said for the Burqa
You're argument about shoes is asinine. How does the potential risk of one thing justify tolerating the risk of another thing.
We need shoes for safety and comfort so regulating them for bombs is limited to at the airport etc and is all we can do. If a shooter has a gun in their bagpack and takes it out, we can identify them by their face but if a Burqa wearer has a gun in their bag pack and takes it out, we can't identify them. Someone who wears a Burqa is invisible to the security forces and therefore, if they murder etc, nobody can track their whereabouts. In a large city, all burqa wearers will look the same so we will never know or trace a criminals steps because of it. A fleeing robber in a burqa could run into a mosque or something full of identically dressed people and become unidentifiable.
