I haven't seen or heard of them and I'm normally quite informed on the matter. You're either using confirmation bias or you're ignorant of the fact that you exist in a very specific social bubble.

BLM does exist in the UK (well London anyways). My college had black lives matter posters all over it along with the LGBT flag after the Orlando shooting. It's not as big here as it is in America obviously but if you're on social media (especially Twitter and Tumblr), you probably know what it is

ALL doesn't make one iota of sense in the issue she is attempting to comment on. Where are the stories of black police officers assassinating white people just going on about their business?

Yes, but I didn't respond shocked when other people said they hadn't known of that article. As I said I'm normally very informed on issues of social politics, but I simply don't recall being aware of any BLM protests in London but I have no doubt that many probably happened.

We also have to remember that BLM is also an activist organisation, not just a hashtag. So that may convolute peoples understanding of it.
