I don't know man. What I see is that he could only hold his hand for a second and then loses it, by the cops reaction you it seems like he was pulling out his gun.
By the cop screaming "Get on the ground!" You would think the guy was standing up but as we all saw he was laying on the ground... dying. So are you really going to go by that or are you going to go by what you can actually SEE?
Seen the new video . It seems like one of the cops were already digging in the guys right pocket to retrieve the weapon
I must say it look intentionally done even after he was shot several times in the heart/chest they still pointed the gun at his head as if he was gonna get up I can't be bothered to watch the video again it was unreasonable actions the cop took

I'm sorry for his familia and I hope he rests in peace but he had a gun in his pocket and was resisting to the arrest, the cops are trained for those cases, I'm sure things would've been different if he didn't resist.
For a trained cop he sure acted like he didn't know what he was doing if his first instinct to conflict to to riddle someone already subdued with bullets.
Giving some of these cops too much credit on their abilities to do their job.
There have been talks to implement different types of sensitivity training for police officers to prompt better communication and less physical response towards a suspect but idk if anything like this has formally gone through.

I dunno bae. Since the majority of cops aren't even being properly persecuted for the murders they're committing, they probably don't think they need to change anything.
That cop knew damn well what he was doing. First, cops are taught shoot to kill, not injure. After all, a dead man can't testify against them in court for injuries or wrong doings. Second, they knew their department would back them up with the whole "our body cameras fell off" ********, thus they thought they were home free to execute him.
Wrong. Cops seem to fail to realize that people are watching and recording them.
