The store owner said he never saw the guy's gun until the cops TOOK IT OUT OF HIS POCKET after they murdered him. A gun, by the way, which he was allowed to have because Louisiana is open carry.

You're obviously talking out of your ass, have you watched the video? The guy was pinned to the ground completely and was shot point blank, there was obviously no threat.

If the problem is that he had a gun, then Louisiana shouldn't be an open carry state, or guns shouldn't be legal to own.

They had him PINNED. Like, they were ON TOP of him and he resisted a bit, as is natural...and they executed him??

Yeah I know.
Which is why the cops could have easily taken the gun away from him without any sort of danger for them. If they can't do that / are too scared to do that, they really shouldn't be cops.

When your opinion is as poorly thought as this, are you really surprised? Their reasoning doesn't equal justification, it could simply be that they felt threatened and didn't value his life so they decide the easiest way to end the situation was to kill him.

This makes no goddamn sense. So you're saying the reason of killing doesn't matter? So it is the same to kill, for example, the criminal responsible for the Orlando shooting and to kill a man who's doing nothing ****ing selling CDs? Are you ****ing serious? The man was pinned down to the floor, there was no visibility of a gun, and the fact that one policeman was on top of him and the other one was literally bashing his head on the floor choking him shows that there was absolutely no reason to pull out a gun and shoot the man multiple times. You can cuff him, tase him... hell even punch him so he passes out would've been "better".

So the outrage in this case does not lay in the fact that they killed someone, you ignorant ****, and if you think this would've gone down the same way if it was a white man standing there, then you have absolutely no sight of reality.
