You can get any Pokemon by depositing Dusclops on GTS, I basically got all non-event legendaries thanks to him which was really surprising to me tbh
Don't you mean Dusknoir? Basically any pseudo legendary or pokes that require a item+trade to evolve(Porygon2,Goreabyss, Rhyperior, etc) can get you anything, even legendaries(not mythical though). Same applies to Pseudolegends or pokes hard to evolve(Hydreigon, Dragonite, Salamance, Metagross, Volcarona, etc.)
In case you don't want to use Dusclops, tha snowflake pokemon works too. Cryogonal?
I just bred like 20 and then deposited them to the GTS for whatever I needed when i was filling my dex, checked in the morning, when I came home from work and at night and the trade was always done.
It's not simple to catch one so people will trade good stuff to get it.

Nope, Dusclops, I would get them from friend safari and just trade them, and it wasn't a one time thing, it worked every single time
