You can get any Pokemon by depositing Dusclops on GTS, I basically got all non-event legendaries thanks to him which was really surprising to me tbh

idk, but he never failed me once, I traded Lugia, Latias, Dialga, Zekrom, and Kyogre and a lot of other pokemon with Dusclops, a 100% rate succes everytime I deposited one
