1) Infinity Wars 1&2 are going to be the biggest team-up of all time. Almost 70 characters coming together. If done right, which I suspect these films will do, then critics will be on board. If anyone can do it, MCU can.
2) And Avengers will break apart soon. We don't know the direction of Phase 4,5, and 6 yet.

I don't see how that would be a problem. By the time Marvel Studios and FOX make a deal (which I don't see for another decade at least), the MCU will be much different. It could work out.
We could potentially see that X-Men/F4 film finally if they both go back to Marvel.

I didn't say it will do F4 numbers. I'm saying if it does not make enough money, the films will have to do another reboot because the formula isn't working. I know F4 has this deal, but if they don't make a film every six years or something, they have to sell it back.
X-Men is nowhere near that point, but if they don't up the quality for the next films it could be headed in that direction. Deadpool, alone, should keep it alive for another few years though.
