If she released a MV for DWUW it would have been bigger but still. It peaked @ #13 and sold over 1.2M copies in the US. Didn't kill the era imo. Her leaving the era for dead after Applause is what killed the era.

.I remember Duca and the rest of ATRL praised its sound...calling it as the second coming of "Bad Romance" if I remember correctly on its single thread. But alas, releasing it on holy week and its lyrical content backfired and it underperformed...and thus, Atrl started trashing it.
