For her standards, AP underperformed. But in terms of the music industry in general, it still did well.
Applause was somewhat of a decent hit and the album is close to 1m in the U.S and like 2m WW I believe.

Like I said, she basically went from megastar to regular star. Which I don't necessarily think is a bad thing or a flop. We'll see what she does next, at least she keeps it interesting I guess.

PRISM isn't a bad album, I do wish it was a little more cohesive though.

I cringe when I see people referring to this as International God, International Allah, International Buddah, et al. Prism would be infinitely better without this song.

If she released a MV for DWUW it would have been bigger but still, it peaked @ #13 and sold over 1.2M copies in the US. Didn't kill the era imo. Her leaving the era for dead after Applause is what killed the era.
