22 episodes for an hour long series is super normal. It is only recently that this has been cut down (and even then it is only typically cut down on Netflix and cable channels). If you look at any really successful major network hour-long then it will have around 22 episodes per season (HTGAWM and Empire are the only exceptions I can really think of tbh).

I'm not guaranteeing that this was the case with Scream queens, but I still kind of think it is.

EDIT: The only reason AHS only does 13 episodes is A. because it is on cable, B. It is Ryan's attempt at being artsy. Scream Queens fit neither of these categories.

How did Hester know to turn the fryer on? Gigi and Boone didn't hear about it and Pete wasn't working with them at that point.
If Pete was in his room alone packing, how did Hester get in there to kill him?
Why was one lady able to determine a jury decision when jury decisions are unanimous?
How did Hester know the Dean killed her husband? She wasn't there when #3 exposed her.
If Chanel was a "changed girl" who knew how her words hurt people, why would she go on that jury rant and become the exact same person she was before?

Those would be brought up by a lawyer, however the girls "defended themselves" and just yelled at the jury saying they were innocent, they didn't actually do anything to prove it.

I'm convinced they never really had a plan for who the killer would be. They just kinda winged it and made it so it could be anyone then threw in the file as "evidence" to incriminate whoever they wanted.

Unless they're midseason, the majority of hour long shows get 22 episodes to fill the whole TV season...? Gosh, don't act brand new. It's a recent (from last season) trend for them to not to have 22 episodes because of lower ratings and the fact they're competing with cable.

It's called a "back 9" for a reason.

I'm saying y'all running your mouth are so basic. There's no way you could possibly be happy that literally 1 person was murdered in the finale, which if I must remind you was TWO episodes, after it was supposed to be a blood bath. You can't be satisfied with the killer not really killing anyone (anti-climatic in itself). What about Pete really being the FOURTH Red Devil (GOD!!!) That in itself was ridiculous, adding an unnecessary layer/plotline to Pete. The various plot holes throughout the season? A number of scenes don't even make sense for Hester to be the third killer, even if you factor in the fact that GiGi/Boone/and to an extent Pete were in on it..


Like what happens in Season 2? Where does it go from here knowing that our killer is still alive? Weren't there supposed a NEW suspect and a new threat, per Ryan's early interviews?? No ma'am.
