I don't see anything wrong/offensive with the sweatshirt besides the fact that it's very unoriginal. The wordplay on OCD is tired and has been done so many times before so there's nothing clever or cute about it.

I've got actual, doctor-diagnosed OCD and I don't see how this is offensive whatsoever. If someone made fun of my borderline personality disorder, however, it would be a different story.

As someone with OCD I can see this persons point. It's not funny when people try to downplay OCD as just a qwerty thing. It made my life hell for years before I got diagnosed and put on meds. Some people see OCD as just some minor thing for just being clean but it's more than that.

Each person feels different ways about their illness and different things offend us with mental health problems. I wouldn't downplay her reaction because mine is different.
