So, the album HAS to come out one day. Wether it's 2015, 2016 or even 2017, at one point it will come out.
Until that day, I will completely forget about the album. No matter if she releases singles, gives us infos, anything.
I won't enter Rih threads that are about R8.
Tbh I'm irritated because whenever (if ever) this bloody album comes, there's no way it will live up to this hype she's unwittingly surrounded it with.
It's just not possible. All this "artistry" will just end up being shallow and cosmetic because, regardless of how long she's supposedly been spending on this, she's really taken no steps to improve herself as an "artist."
Judging by her live performances, there isn't about to be any discernible vocal growth between this album and her last. Just three months during these last couple of years, spent with a vocal coach, doing lessons even twice or three times a week, could have done wonders for her technique and overall skill. Instead she's still struggling with issues she's been dealing with for years.
And even her "involvement" with the music is still limited to "directing" the songwriters, at best. She isn't taking the reins of the creation of the music. She isn't taking the lead with the songwriting. She could, if she wanted to, but she isn't. Hell, all the songs we've heard so far were created by other people and randomly found their way to her. The very first song we heard was originally a Kanye West song.
The end of an era.
8 years of stanning.
And I wish this was RR, an underperformance but a masterpiece and with a normal era attached to it.
I will never forgive her for this 1 year of torture and nightmares which has been nonsense from the very beginning to the end. Farewell on play

So, really, what's the deal?
You make it seem like you "discovered" things about her you didn't know before? are you even a fan?
We all know that she doesn't write and produce since we started stanning so I wonder why you act like you discovered all her flaws, only now.

The ONLY reason I still have faith in this album is Fauntleroy's tweet. I don't think the attempt at being "artistic" or whatever was ever a real thing. I still don't understand why anyone takes her interviews seriously as if she's not making things up on the spot. "Little by little" was never true, "soon" was never true, Kanye's leading role was never true, and the "timeless" thing isn't true either.
She's just someone who doesn't trust herself and can never let go. I guarantee any of us could listen to what she's recorded and make an adequate tracklist. We could come up with themes and imagery that matched. But she's been working with these songs forever and no longer sees them as what they are.
When you don't have a plan, when there's no deadline, when you record anything that falls into your lap for three years, this is what happens. And instead of just moving on (ARTPOP, Dead Petz) she's paralyzed and will continue to **** over her fans until her Samsung contract is in jeapordy.

Yeah, that's her Achilles heel. She would really benefit from having someone around to share the reins with, for guidance and reassurance etc. Would take some of the weight and pressure off her shoulders. Even though we don't know his exact role in the process, Kanye seems to have let her down in that regard.
